On July 24, 2025, NOVA Logistics convened its mid-year strategy and performance meeting at its Shenzhen headquarters under the theme “Customer First, Efficiency in Action.” Chairman Johnson, CEO Lina, and management representatives from Shenzhen, Chengdu, Yiwu, Tianjin, and other offices attended in person, while overseas teams from Moscow, Vladivostok, and beyond participated virtually.
The meeting served as both a strategic review and a planning session for the group’s 2025–2027 roadmap, while also featuring guest lectures from two industry experts.
Departmental Review: Reflecting, Aligning, Advancing
Each department leader presented a mid-year report focused on business expansion, innovation, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer service. Challenges were openly acknowledged and second-half objectives clearly defined.
At the conclusion, Chairman Johnson delivered the keynote speech on the group’s “2025–2027 Strategic Plan,” outlining NOVA’s vision, market positioning, talent development, and organizational strategy. “In five years,” he noted, “NOVA must become not only stronger, but more resilient.”
This roadmap provided a unified direction and firm footing for the company’s forward journey.
Cross-Functional Dialogue: Collaboration Sparks Ideas
Following the presentations, small group discussions explored key topics such as results orientation, interdepartmental synergy, and customer satisfaction. Participants proposed innovative solutions, contributing new perspectives to support NOVA’s continuous growth.
Sales Champion Recognition: Honoring Excellence
The Tianjin Sales Team was honored as Q2’s top-performing team. Their outstanding performance and teamwork stood as a model for all, reinforcing NOVA’s culture of customer-centric achievement.
Expert Insights: Organization and Sales Capability Enhancement
Two expert sessions enriched the program.
Organizational strategist Wang Yun delivered a lecture on “Organizational Structure and Leadership Development,” providing practical frameworks for building scalable, efficient teams.
Logistics sales expert Gao Liqiang followed with “20 Tough Questions in Freight Sales Leadership,” offering insights on talent selection, motivation, and customer acquisition strategies for a high-performing sales force.
This mid-year gathering served not only as a performance review, but as a catalyst for strategic alignment and capacity building. As NOVA enters the second half of 2025, it will continue to anchor its progress in vision, culture, and professionalism—empowering clients with efficient, reliable global logistics solutions.
