Nova helps coordinate the allocation of ships for containers, including arranging loading times, confirming sailing schedules and destinations, and booking appropriate vessels to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of transportation.

Customer signature and acceptance

After the container is delivered, Nova will promptly confirm the customer's signature and acceptance situation, including checking the quantity and status of the containers, collecting the customer's feedback on the container emptying service, and timely handling the problems or suggestions raised by the customer.
