I am honored to join the NOVA Logistic family and the international logistics industry after leaving school, and I have the honor to take the role of container management and operation to participate in our company's container management and operation work and complete the company's two large projects, sometimes in order to return the container order may need to work overtime until late at night, and sometimes in order to find the target price of containers may lose their rest days, and be seemingly repetitive and boring work is tied up. In my opinion, the logistics industry is a continuous problem and continue to solve the problem of the process, the need to maintain and customers, suppliers, colleagues, stable and effective communication, calm their own minds and emotions, to determine their own goals and directions to give solutions, to accumulate experience and continue to improve their degree of professionalism in order to meet the next more difficult challenges, every time the goods perfect completion of the transportation task, as a promoter I will feel gratified and proud, we will be the most important thing. In my free time at work I love cycling, go to nature to breathe fresh air, to listen to the sound of the wind blowing through the leaves, to enjoy the sunshine of any sprinkle, to freely chase the wind and the sun, as long as the road through everything is the scenery, pedal with all your might through every uphill road in order to borrow the wind to fly.

At work, as a logistician, I am always surrounded by anomalies. One challenge I often encounter is the need to find the right solution when dealing with complex problems. Often, these issues may involve multiple departments or areas (sales/operations/customers/agents/fleet/yard/customs clearance, etc.) and require coordinated efforts from multiple parties to resolve. In such cases, I have found that communication and collaboration within the project team is critical. By understanding the nature of the problem and the objectives to be achieved, I will communicate with relevant operational colleagues and cooperative members, share my views and listen to their suggestions and ideas. Through open communication and collaboration, we are able to bring together a wide range of expertise and experience to find the best solution.

As an example, last year we took over a destination delivery project business in Central Asia, and the first time we worked together, there were a lot of problems because the local driver team was older, and the handover details were often wrong, and despite our repeated explanations, there were still cases of losing things. After continuous communication and negotiation with the overseas agent, we promptly sent a car to deliver the goods back to the air, and finally transferred all the documents to the client. Despite the many twists and turns in the process, our team was able to complete the task successfully. Our positive attitude to deal with the problems left a good impression on the customer and won his trust, so the customer continued to cooperate with us this year, we also added new services to the original project, in addition to delivery, customs clearance and station miscellany we also single-handedly. At present, the first column is about to finish, the second column of orders are coming. Through my development and search for quality agents, and arrange young team drivers to deliver, the delivery of this column is executed very smoothly.Overall, improving your communication skills, collaboration and flexibility is crucial. By working closely with the team and keeping an open mind, I believe we can all overcome difficulties and find creative solutions.


My hobby is listening to songs, I love the songs of (G)I-DLE group, especially “I DO” and “Could It Be”, music helps to relax the body and mind, relieve stress and anxiety. When I am immersed in the moving melodies and lyrics, I can feel a sense of peace and calmness, which helps me to reduce tension and exhaustion in my life. By enjoying music, I can make my body and mind happy and work energetically every day~

In terms of personal interests, I like to deal with people and participate in various activities, especially with business people. I enjoy making friends, attending parties, hiking and other activities, and sharing information and opinions from all walks of life.
