More than five years of working experience in medium and large logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain companies in Southeast Asia


Operating duty
1. According to the group's business development strategy, formulate the marketing strategy and plan for this division;
2. Conduct market research and prediction. Based on the group's business development strategy, prepare the market research plan for the sales center and collect industry development information;
3. Formulate sales strategies, develop, cultivate, maintain and evaluate various sales channels of the company;
4. Sales management: Organize relevant departments of the company to review customer orders and conduct business negotiations with customers;
5. Be responsible for the daily management of the department, coordinate and handle all abnormal situations inside and outside the department, and maintain the normal operation of the department;
6. Lead the team to complete the performance indicators;
7. Product formulation: Develop corresponding product lines and promote marketing according to the market demand in Southeast Asia;
8. Financial management: Supervise the return of payment for goods and ensure the safety of funds;
9. Talent training plan: Complete the talent echelon construction of the department and ensure the timely and healthy development of training work in an orderly manner;
10. Team corporate culture construction: Manage the ideological trends of employees in this department and build a positive and energetic team culture in this department.


Requirement
1. More than five years of working experience in medium and large logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain companies in Southeast Asia, having managed a sales team of at least 8-10 people, and having own customers/business foundation in the Southeast Asian market.
2. Make good use of the advantages and resources of the group company to build a sales team and be responsible for the performance of the sales team of the Southeast Asia division of the group company.
3. Be familiar with overseas logistics in various Southeast Asian countries, especially contract logistics/project logistics/bulk cargo logistics;
4. Be familiar with land transportation/ocean transportation/air transportation/railway/cold chain transportation/multimodal transportation in Southeast Asia, and have a deep understanding of traditional logistics & cross-border e-commerce in Southeast Asia;
5. Fluent in listening, speaking and writing in English, and it can be used as the working language;
6. Candidates with overseas assignment experience in various Southeast Asian countries will be given priority.
