Operating duty
1. Be responsible for customer development, negotiation and cooperation of yard services, warehousing and container business in Moscow, track and collect accounts receivable, assist the general manager in formulating sales strategies for yard services, and complete the annual performance indicators.
2. Establish and improve the business processes and management systems of this department.
3. Be responsible for the team building of the department and the daily management of sales, coordinate and handle all abnormal situations inside and outside the department, and maintain the normal operation of the department.
4. Talent training plan, complete the talent echelon construction of the department, and ensure the timely and healthy development of training work in an orderly manner.
5. Team corporate culture construction, manage the ideological trends of employees in this department, and build a positive and energetic team culture in this department.
Requirement
1. Logistics or related major, bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Russian and Chinese communication, able to accept business trips to the Moscow yard;
2. More than five years of team management experience in terminal or container business, managing a team of at least 8-10 people;
3. Good team management skills, communication and coordination skills, and negotiation skills;
4. Strong learning ability, problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, and high work efficiency;
5. Good professional quality, more innovative spirit, and the spirit of hard work;
6. Proficient in operating various office software.
