Container Department Manager

College degree or above, Russian-related major

1. According to the group's business development strategy, formulate the marketing strategy and plan for this division;
2. Establish and improve the business processes and management systems of this division;
3. Implement the research plan, carry out the analysis, forecast, collection and analysis of competitor intelligence and other work of each business market of this department, and collect industry development information;
4. Organize and carry out the investigation and analysis of the credit status of agents and distributors, establish customer credit status files, and evaluate the credit status of customers;
5. Be responsible for the daily management of the department, coordinate and handle all abnormal situations inside and outside the department, and maintain the normal operation of the department;
6. Develop and maintain suppliers and establish a supplier database (containers, yards);
7. Container management: Daily container management at home and abroad, inventory the container usage situation every month, turnover rate, detention
8. Financial management, supervise the return of payment for goods, and ensure the safety of funds;
9. Talent training plan, complete the talent echelon construction of the department, and ensure the timely and healthy development of training work in an orderly manner;
10. Team corporate culture construction, manage the ideological trends of employees in this department, and build a positive and energetic team culture in this department.

1. College degree or above, major related to Russian.
2. More than three years of working experience in container operation management, and have managed a team of at least 8-10 people.
3. Make good use of the advantages and resources of the group company to build a sales team and be responsible for the performance of the sales team of the container management division of the Shenzhen company.
4. Be familiar with container/land transportation/ocean transportation/air transportation/railway/cold chain transportation/multimodal transportation, and have a deep understanding of traditional logistics & cross-border e-commerce.
5. Fluent in listening, speaking and writing in Russian, and it can be used as the working language.
