Professional requirements
Familiar with the international railway/truck air transportation market and operation processes. Proficiency in Russian or English is preferred.
Operating duty
1. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of channel resources for the China-Europe (including Central Asia/China-Russia) block trains.
2. Study the timeliness and stability of the operation of each line of block trains in the market to assist and guide colleagues in the company's sales department.
3. Be responsible for the dynamic tracking of the China-Europe block trains and the daily price update, daily inquiries, quotations and price feedback.
4. Assist the customer service to solve abnormal situations in daily railway orders.
5. Provide reasonable and effective suggestions for the company's international railway/sea-rail products.
Requirement
1. Be familiar with the international railway/truck air transportation market and operation processes. Proficiency in Russian or English is preferred.
2. Have 3-5 years of working experience in business/sales/operation of China-Europe railway or cross-border truck air freight forwarding (experience in sea transportation, air transportation or other transportation channels is also acceptable).
3. Having certain interpersonal relationships with the person in charge of the actual transportation company of China-Europe railway or cross-border truck air transportation, or the agent platform is a plus. Have the ability to communicate and negotiate with the block train platform company.
4. Strong communication skills.
