Operating duty
1. Develop domestic agents and make purchases.
2. Prepare to establish the entire domestic supplier management, be responsible for establishing the evaluation mechanism for logistics service providers, survival of the fittest, ensure the service quality, response time and logistics cost advantages of suppliers, conduct business negotiations with suppliers, contract signing and performance supervision.
3. Undertake the cost reduction task of the company's comprehensive cost reduction and efficiency increase.
4. Be responsible for promoting the construction of processes, systems and standards.
5. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the department's goal plans, preparing and implementing the department's budget.
6. Be responsible for building and sorting out the department's organizational structure, continuously optimize the department's management processes and management methods, do a good job in recruitment, training, assessment, performance & salary management of department employees, build, develop and make full use of the department's human resources.
7. Be responsible for the daily management of the department, coordinate and handle all abnormal situations inside and outside the department, and maintain the normal operation of the department.
8. Talent training plan, complete the talent echelon construction of the department, and ensure the timely and healthy development of training work in an orderly manner.
9. Team corporate culture construction, manage the ideological trends of employees in this department, and build a positive and energetic team culture in this department.


Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above. Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
2. Have more than 3 years of freight forwarding procurement experience and more than 1 year of procurement management experience.
3. Excellent learning ability, communication ability and adaptability.
4. Be able to accept business trips.
